More about this game
Clover & Bloom is a turn-based garden puzzle where you try to connect a line of pieces before your computer opponent. Choose to play as detailed four-leaf clovers or soft-petaled blooms, then pick a grid size ranging from a 2x2 Tiny Patch up to a 6x6 Bloom Field. Take turns placing pieces on the board to form a winning line. The required line length matches the grid size, so a 5x5 grid requires five pieces in a row. If the board fills up without a winner, the game ends in a draw. Try Endless Mode for increasingly tricky opponents.
Tips
- Watch your opponent's moves carefully to block them before they complete a line. In a 3x3 grid, taking the center tile early gives you a strong advantage.
- In a 4x4 Wide Meadow grid, you can win by forming a line of four, or by grouping four pieces into a 2x2 square.
- Endless Mode gets harder as you play. Rounds one and two use a 3x3 grid, but round three expands to a 4x4 grid with a smarter opponent.
Questions
How many pieces do I need to connect?
It depends on the grid size you choose. For a 2x2 grid, you need two. For larger grids, the required length matches the board size, like five in a row for a 5x5 grid.
What happens if the board fills up?
If the garden board is completely filled and neither player has formed a winning line, the match ends in a draw and you can replay the level.
What is Endless Mode?
Endless Mode features increasingly difficult computer opponents on grids that grow larger as you progress. It starts on a 3x3 board and expands to 5x5 by round seven.
