More about this game
Your goal is to tap as many falling stars as you can before the clock runs out. Each round gives you exactly 20 seconds to build your score. As the timer counts down, the game becomes more difficult: stars begin to spawn more frequently and drop at much faster speeds. Missing a star does not penalize your score, but the run automatically ends the moment the 20-second timer reaches zero.
Tips
- The tap detection radius extends 18 pixels beyond the star's visual edge, so you do not need to be perfectly precise.
- Stars fall faster as time decreases, gaining up to 120 extra speed units by the end of the 20-second round.
- Spawn delays drop from 0.7 seconds down to a minimum of 0.25 seconds, so prepare for rapid tapping near the end.
Questions
Do I lose points if a star falls off the screen?
No, missing a star does not deduct points or end the game early. You only miss out on the single point you would have earned by tapping it before it disappears.
How long does a single round last?
Every round lasts exactly 20 seconds. The timer is displayed at the top of the screen, and the game ends immediately when it reaches zero.
Why do the stars seem to fall faster later on?
The game scales difficulty based on the remaining time. As the 20-second timer decreases, the stars' downward velocity increases and new stars spawn more frequently.
